•  Non riders deduct $425.00 / weekly.

  • Discounted Weeks:
    • 15% discount for weekly stays for the week starting May 31st.
    • 5% disocunt for weekly stays for the week starting June 7th
    • 10% discount for weekly stays August 23rd and August 30th weeks.
    • Weeks after September 6th are 15% discount for ADULTS ONLY, groups and special events.


Taxes:
Rates are subject to state sales tax (3.9% subject to change) and Grand County lodging tax ($11.50 per person weekly).

Gratuities: Staff gratuities are pooled and left to your discretion. A 12% to 18% tip is customary if our staff serves you well.

Deposit: $500.00 per person

Check-in: After 3:00 PM.

All rates are American Plan and include accommodations in Log cabins or rooms in the Lodge, all with private bath, all meals, your personal horse for the week, children’s supervised programs, fishing, use of heated pool and hot tub, and all ranch activities.* (Hayrides, dancing, carnival, staff shows, campfires, sing-alongs, River float trip, and more). Golf fees, massages and zip line course are extra. NOTE: Persons weighing over 225 pounds may be limited to walking rides.

** Certain activities may be substituted or curtailed during different times of the season. Part of this operation is conducted on Public Lands under special permit from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and National Forest Service.
